Send volume
Providers charge by monthly email volume. A plan's included volume and overage rate matter more than a headline price.

Same volume, same calculation. Free tiers are shown for every provider.
Choose your monthly send volume. We calculate the lowest public self-serve plan for each provider, including the plan minimum and documented overage. The result updates instantly.
All prices are monthly USD list prices. Free tiers are listed separately, so you can see whether a provider covers a small workload before paying for a plan.

Many providers have a minimum monthly plan. At low volume, the plan minimum can cost more than the emails you actually send.
Dedicated IPs, validation, inbound email, extra retention and annual billing can change the final invoice. This calculator excludes them.
Free quotas range from 100 emails per month to 3,000 per month, or a one-time 10,000-credit balance. The all-provider table shows each free allowance next to its paid estimate. Amazon SES has no permanent free tier, but new accounts may receive $200 in credits.
Per-address gateways: route billing@ through Postmark for deliverability and notifications@ through SES for cost, with overflow if one provider fails. You do not have to choose one provider for every message.
We take the cheapest public self-serve plan that covers your selected volume, or add the provider's documented overage rate when that is cheaper. Taxes, add-ons, annual discounts and custom plans are not included.
Yes. Every provider row shows its free quota. Some are monthly, some are daily, toSend offers a one-time credit balance, and Amazon SES currently has no permanent free tier.
Price is only one factor. Deliverability, regions, inbound support, retention, support and compliance can matter more for production email.
SenderFly sits between your app and the providers you connect (BYOK). You do not have to pick one: • Per-address gateways — route billing@ through Postmark for deliverability while notifications@ goes through SES at $0.10/1k. • Cheapest, failover, round-robin or primary/backup — choose a strategy per route, with no application code changes. • Automatic spillover — when a provider fails or throttles, SenderFly moves the message to the next one. Keep the cheap rate where it is safe and the reliable sender where it matters, instead of overpaying one provider for everything.
