Privacy Policy

1. What we do not collect

InboxFly does not read, store or process your email content. All forwarded mail, copies and attachments live in resources (D1, R2, KV, Workers) inside your own Cloudflare account.

2. Data stored by the software

The software stores your forwarding rules, mail metadata and copies in your own Cloudflare storage. You control retention (default 30 days) and can delete data at any time from the panel.

3. Local storage in your browser

The website and panel use localStorage for your preferences (theme, language, layout). This data never leaves your browser.

4. Third-party services

• Cloudflare — infrastructure provider; mail flows through your account, not through us.
• Google Fonts — the website loads DM Sans from Google Fonts; your IP is visible to them per their policy.

5. Email tracking

Remote images in forwarded mail are blocked by default, so senders cannot use tracking pixels to learn whether you opened their email or your IP address.
